I am an experienced leader skilled in creating high-performing teams to scale capabilities for crisis management, strategic insight, and security operations. I am an effective relationship builder, well-versed in leading in cross-functional organizations - with product management, communications, legal, and public policy - to drive security results. I have proven skills in prioritizing and managing multiple projects with high visibility. While at Google Trust and Safety, I have lead the strategic command team - the cross-product crisis management team - with experience responding to global risks, such as conflicts, mass casualty events, child safety threats, and cyber abuse, among other areas. My team has helped prepare the organization for our crisis and content responsibilities for the launch of new Generative AI products. While at IBM Security, I oversaw the IBM threat intelligence group with a focus on organizational culture to permeate a "whatever it takes" attitude. I grew a team of 12 analysts to 40 threat hunters, reverse engineers, and developers with a global voice on cybersecurity threats and protect global companies. I have launched threat intelligence research into the public to take analysts' insight to cybersecurity decision-makers around the globe, driving news coverage and market access. While in government as a CIA intelligence analyst, I developed innovative intelligence products to address customers' needs. As an analyst covering a unique target - rule of law issues in the Middle East - I developed collaborative working relationships with intelligence customers to identify their analytic needs and use interviews and debriefings to leverage their knowledge for leaders across the community. I readily take "personal leadership" regardless of my role in the organization - whether volunteering to lead interagency working groups, mentoring junior employees development gaps, and developing solutions for clients.
