While I bring a sense of compassion to every coaching session, my sole purpose in coaching is to help you achieve your own true greatness -- in whatever form it may take. To do that, it is important to be able to reflect your patterns to you clearly and facilitate your discovery of new ways of being that will directly impact your success. Sound like magic? It can be. My background is in Positive Psychology and Asian philosophy, and I have spent years roaming the Himalayas, studying in monasteries, and practicing martial arts. But I have also been fortunate enough to study Organizational Behavior at Harvard and to have come from a family of very successful entrepreneurs. In my coaching I bring all of this experience to bear, which is why I only work with those that are ready for dramatic transformation.
