My life has always revolved around this burning passion of mine - sports - playing, watching, reading and talking about them. Growing up as a kid from northern New Jersey, it was a blessing to be able to attend a New York Yankees game with my family and to watch my childhood hero, Derek Jeter, play live and right in front of me. Not only was this a moment that my family and I appreciated at the time, but also a memory that we will cherish forever. That is the beauty of sports. The ability to unite and bring people together. The sense of community that is formed among one another. The escape from reality and the reminder to live in the moment. The lessons that are learned from successes and failures. The memories that are created, shared, and passed down for generations to come. No matter who you are or where you are from, sports bridges the gap. Now, as a sports business professional, it is an honor to have the power to create the same influence that sports had on my life and share that with others.
