Managing Director of Terra Ag Ventures, LLC, a farmland investment manager with 9,000 acres of permanent crops in CA, AZ and NM. At Terra Ag, we're focused on sustainable food production including with respect to water, soil and labor. We currently grow Almonds, Pecans, Pistachios, Cherries and Apricots. I also invest in early stage companies through a seed fund with a focus on proptech, SAAS and agtech. Prior to Terra Ag, I founded RealtyShares and was CEO for 4 years. I have over a decade of experience in real estate and technology as an engineer, real estate broker, real estate and land use attorney and real estate investor. At RealtyShares, I helped deploy close to $1B in capital for real estate transaction value in excess of $3B.
