As Chief Growth Officer for the UK and Ireland at IPG Mediabrands, I lead the strategic growth initiatives across Initiative, UM, and Kinesso. I am currently driving the creation of a centralised new business and growth operation designed to unlock long-term success and fundamentally redefine our approach to business development across the organisation. Before joining IPG Mediabrands, I served as Chief Business Development Officer at Publicis Media, where I spearheaded growth strategies for Spark Foundry, Starcom, Zenith, and Performics. In 2021, I launched a centralised new business operation that played a pivotal role in accelerating growth and securing numerous industry accolades for our agencies. With a diverse background spanning new business, media planning, strategy, and marketing, I bring extensive experience on both the agency and client sides, across the UK and internationally. In 2016, I co-founded Local Planet, a global independent media agency network now operating in 85 markets with $17.2 billion in client billings. The network includes some of the most respected agencies in the world, including the7stars in the UK and Horizon Media in the US.
