In first grade, when asked about my future aspirations, I confidently declared that I would become both a doctor & an architect, dreaming of designing the very hospitals where I'd work. While my path didn't lead directly to medicine or architecture, it has encompassed building transformative things: consulting practices, venture portfolios & innovation platforms across a variety of industries, including healthcare and digital health. As Director of Insights Membership at Rock Health Advisory, I lead a team of Dedicated Advisors who partner with enterprise companies to navigate the health tech and innovation landscapes. I’m passionate about connecting the dots between client strategies, emerging startups, and broader digital health trends to deliver meaningful outcomes. Previously, as Vice President of Innovation Programs at Redesign Health, I spearheaded the development of our Innovation Advisory Services, combining the corporate innovation strategies, models, and best practices I've developed throughout my career with the robust capabilities of the Redesign platform. My career spans over 20 years of corporate innovation, venture building, and advisory services across industries such as health tech, food ingredients, biochemicals, and green chemistry. I've held impactful roles at organizations like DuPont, Corbion, Dreamit Ventures, and Accenture, driving results in various modalities including open innovation, venture studios, corporate venture capital, accelerators, and incubators. These experiences have uniquely equipped me to guide hundreds of teams, from nimble startups to Fortune 500 companies, through the complex paths of innovation. An active mentor and educator, I teach in the NSF I-Corps program and serve as adjunct faculty at Lehigh University, sharing my insights with the next generation of entrepreneurs.
