Technical Product Delivery Manager

Flexible Technical Product Delivery Manager with 11+ years of experience as both a QA Engineer/Software Developer hybrid. Strong IT background. Enjoys being challenged and engaging with projects that require to work outside his comfort and knowledge set, as continuing to learn is important to him and the success of the organization he is part of. Approaching each day with positive attitude and working with dedication are core values. Transitioned from Software Engineering/QA Engineer role to TPM role. Currently working on coordinating internal and external partner communication, removing blockers, kicking off projects and aligning resources and efforts through different teams. Responsible for end to end execution of programs. Hands on experience using & configuring metric tools such as Flow Pluralsight, Grafana and Redash. Experience on supporting engineering department with developer portal (Backstage), test framework creation in different languages and technologies, configuration and demo, as well as CI/CD Integration and general infrastructure and testing support. Expertise on writing and presenting proposals, TDDs(Technical Design Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirements Documents).
