The biggest threat to any organization isn’t market shifts, competitors, or even AI. It’s being out of rhythm with each other. Teams either move together, or they move against each other. When they don’t, tensions harden, hope fades, and we lose any belief that we can be an us. Even the most talented teams with the clearest visions still fracture without rhythm. That’s because, under strain, we default to old patterns of connection: grinding, pleasing, dividing. Patterns that only pull us further apart. My work is helping leaders and teams replace those patterns with a new rhythm. Rhythm is what transforms strategy into momentum, conflict into creativity, and difference into strength. When teams move in rhythm, they don’t just execute — they win together. For any "us" to work, we have to do The Work of Us™. That means building rhythms strong enough to hold strain, restore belief, and keep us moving forward together. When we move together, nothing can stop us.
