I'm a cofounder of Birchbox, where I built the brand from day zero and learned how to connect with customers. Since then, I've consulted with over two dozen startups on brand strategy and experience, as well as helped reposition and relaunch companies like Hungryroot and Coterie. I have also advised and angel invested in a number of startups, and offer office hours for BIPOC individuals (new calendar link coming soon). My latest adventure is helping build Acora, a new impact strategy and advisory firm — at a time when everything feels broken, I'm energized to work with leaders and companies accelerating change.
