I am a collaborative investor building pathways between emerging technology companies and the traditional banking industry. I partner with business leaders to drive growth in their business lines and help them achieve their strategic priorities more effectively and efficiently through commercial partnerships and investments with the innovative and visionary entrepreneurs solving interesting problems and serving clients better. I have an intuitively technical mind and a creative soul. What I’ve learned over the years is that my professional value can be attributed primarily to - Creative Problem Solver: There is almost always a way to “yes”, I love trying to find that path through being open-minded and working collaboratively - Tenacity: You will always face setbacks and resistance, there is no replacement for hard work, active communication, follow up and being committed to seeing things through - with a smile on your face - Client-Orientation: In the end, what we do every day should be in service of our clients, the lifeblood of any organization - if it doesn’t solve a problem for a client, or improve the ability of the organization to deliver to a client, it’s probably not the right the focus - Collaboration: I know I don’t always have the answer, but I am always willing to come to the table and bring people along with me to ask questions, share knowledge, build consensus, think commercially and seek out the answer - Authenticity: I am committed to encouraging team environments where each person feels comfortable to bring their whole self to work - it is empowering, and a source of strength by creating stronger connection and greater motivation I am interested in the full breadth and dynamism of the FinTech landscape with a focus on investing across market structure / infrastructure, trading technologies, digital assets, Wealth / RIA tech, alternatives and private markets.
