As a seasoned Recruiter with 8+ years of experience, I find great joy in connecting good people with great opportunities. My background in HR and Languages has given me a unique perspective in the recruitment process, and I have gained international experience working in different markets such as Portuguese, Estonian, Belgian and US. Throughout my career, I have recruited in diverse sectors including Consultancy, SaaS B2B, and Contact Centre areas. I have experience in the full recruitment cycle, with expertise in recruitment and selection, applying different interviews techniques and methods, client and stakeholder’s management, IT recruitment, talent sourcing (using mainly LinkedIn Recruiter), negotiation, decision making, and working with different ATS such as BambooHR, Lever, SAP, Bullhorn, and Salesforce. As a Recruiter, I always strive to add a human touch to everything I do, while delivering a good experience to my candidates and achieving the set goals. I have experience onboarding new employees and supporting candidates on their relocation processes, participating and organizing recruitment-related activities such as job fairs and meetups, conducting background checks and exit interviews, and other administrative aspects of HR. My previous experience at Pipedrive, an Estonian-founded unicorn that develops an amazing CRM for thousands of small businesses around the world, allowed me to recruit for the Product area with most openings for Estonia. I also worked as a Tech Recruiter at Kelly Services, where I deep-dived into the IT world, gaining knowledge about programming languages, frameworks, and general tech. My experience at Kelly positively impacted my journey as I learned with the best professionals on the market and developed many new skills. In general, I am a flexible person who is always open to learning new things. I sometimes work well under pressure and do my best to have a good culture and knowledge of the sectors of activity for which I recruit for. I also believe in not taking things too seriously.
