International Education Innovator | Founder, Experience International LLC - Experiential & Digital Learning Consultancy | Adjunct Faculty, Foothill & De Anza | AI & Lifelong Learning Strategist | Author and Artist
I design learning systems that use technology to bridge borders and expand access. As Founder of Experience International LLC, I lead education innovation projects that connect institutions, industries, and learners across continents. My work integrates AI, digital pedagogy, and international collaboration to help organizations design inclusive, future-ready learning ecosystems across multiple industries. My theoretical expertise is grounded by first hand research and innovation in more that 75 countries. Most recently, as a Co-Principal investigator for the HAUS / Team Europe Initiative on Connectivity (Central Asia Digital Skills Programe, 2025), I guided five governments (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan) in developing AI-enabled teacher training, digital governance models, and lifelong learning policy frameworks aligned with UNESCO and OECD DAC standards. Previously, I designed internationalization plans for three universities in Peru to help them reach a global visibility. At Foothill & De Anza College, I teach Global Studies and Workforce Skills, where I created Springternship, a digital micro-internship program connecting over 100 students to global employers. My courses integrate AI tools, digital badges, and virtual study-abroad modules that make global citizenship accessible from any classroom. Previously at Stanford University’s Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law, I managed a $500K leadership academy and a 2,300+ alumni network of changemakers from 80+ countries, building digital engagement systems that keep leaders connected long after graduation. I believe the future of education lies in the fusion of technology, access, and empathy and my mission is to design programs that make lifelong learning more human, connected, and globally inclusive. In my free time, I make art inspired by my own experiences as a global citizen. Curious? Check it out at https://www.redbubble.com/people/whatdoesmilosee/shop
