Mike Piscadlo is the Co-founder and CEO of Haven Health, a modern primary care company designed for LGBTQ+ patients. Haven Health delivers inclusive care through in-person Health Studios and a virtual platform, offering affirming providers and integrated services across everyday and sexual health, hormone therapy, allergy care, and more. Haven is reshaping care for a growing, underserved community that spends over $37 billion each year on primary care. Mike has over 13 years of experience in the healthcare, fitness, consumer tech, and management consulting industries and a proven track record of building and scaling businesses that prioritize mission, innovation, and customer experience. Before starting Haven Health, Mike founded Waypoint, a consulting practice focused on scaling startups, launching go-to-market strategies, and driving operational success. Prior to Waypoint, he was part of the team at MYX Fitness, where he helped scale the company to a successful IPO through a three-way SPAC. At Flywheel Sports, Mike managed $37M in annual revenue across 27 locations and launched several new product offerings that expanded and diversified customer reach. His entrepreneurial journey began as a founding employee at Fab.com, where he gained firsthand experience of building a startup from the ground up. Mike holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was recognized for his leadership and service, and a BS from Quinnipiac University. As an LGBTQ+ founder, Mike is proud to lead a mission-led company dedicated to building a modern care experience for the LGBTQ+ community.
