I am a technology product strategy and operations leader with 20+ years of experience from startups to global companies impacting >1 Billion Users. I have led Program Management, Sales & Partner Engineering, and GTM Enablement team at global scale. As Head of Engineering Productivity Programs at Google, I led company wide programs driving wide adoption of productivity solutions across the company, including AI/ML. Previously at Google, I led various technical-customer-facing groups, partnering with Sales to unlock Billions of Dollars in revenue. Currently, as Director of Productivity Engineering at 10x Genomics, I lead Lean and AI programs with focus on productivity. I have a background in product and technology strategy and development, partnerships, product management, operations design, continous improvement, and talent acquisition and development. I have led customer and partner success teams in multiple countries and regions, driving transformation, revenue growth, and product launches. I am also a champion of diversity and inclusion initiatives, and a mentor and coach to aspiring product and operations professionals. I hold an MBA from FIA Business School, an MSc in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, and several executive education certificates from Stanford, MIT, Wharton, and Singularity University.
