I am currently the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition at Hyperscience, a software company that automates document processing with artificial intelligence. In this role, I oversee the global recruiting organization, including industry hiring,early career program development, and recruiting operations. I partner with leaders and executives to plan and execute hiring strategies, especially for VP+ level searches and global expansion. I also consult and help implement competency based hiring models across all areas of the organization.
