Technology Product Lead

I am passionate about AI / Federated Learning and web3 technology. I currently work in Product at NChain where I am responsible for guiding the development and success of NChain products by defining their vision, strategy, and roadmap. Day-to-day, I collaborate with cross-functional team ensuring that each product meets customer needs and business goals. Before NChain, I was founder of Lightstreams, a startup that developed a web3 protocol for sharing data (e.g., personal information, digital content, digital assets) directly between users, platforms and applications. I also launched Lend2Fund, and Australian P2P Lending startup that won the most promising startup award by UK Trade & Investment. Other previous roles were as a Blockchain consultant at Motionwerk based in Germany and backed by Innogy, a major European energy company where I co-authored the Open Mobility System and helped mentor team members in blockchain engineering excellence. I’m certified as an Advanced Agile Coach by Alistair Cockburn and coached teams in technical practices at Commonwealth Bank. (XP / DevOps / BDD / TDD). Awards: - Blockchain Hackathon win at Consensys 2017 for applying Permissioned Blocks technology to a micro-insurance challenge. - 2nd place in the Santander Bank Global Distributed Ledger (Feb 2016) competition for a Real Estate blockchain concept called Midasium. - Finalist in the Citibank Mobile Challenge competition 2015. Career highlights: - Solution Architect of Westpac Banks's Online Payments system (BPay, FX, SWIFT/NCC/IBAN, DE, RTGS) - Goldman Sach's equity algo trading platform. - London Stock Exchange trading upgrade. - Westpac Bank's Foreign Exchange platform. - Commonwealth Bank - CommBiz and NetBank. Silicon Valley - trained in semi-conductor FPGA technology at Xilinx.
