VC - Startup Support Partner

I'm a hybrid program/project manager, who can grow revenue and elevate program effectiveness in both big firm and startup environments. The combination of my startup background and working with global cross-functional teams at scale has broadened my perspectives because I've been all sides. In my previous role as a Technical Project/Program Manager at Equinix, I was responsible for managing the end-to-end development of a virtualized network device product called Fabric Cloud Router that provides Networking as a Service, which enables customers to configure paths between their public clouds, on-premises locations, and their co-located hardware. I collaborated closely with engineering, product managers, and support teams to align product development with customer needs and company vision. Besides managing one product, I was able to manage three products (in addition to virtual routing, there are multi-cloud networking and timing services) with complex projects under them. I have mastered the soft development cycle, agile practice, and global cross-functional and stakeholder communications. A believer in systematic processes, mental models and AI agents.
