With an outstanding work ethic, willingness to learn, and passion to make this world a better place, I am positioned to exceed expectations in a research position. I have become deeply interested in environmental issues through my work as a double major in environmental studies and biology at Swarthmore College. Most recently I completed a summer internship with the NASA student airborne research program where I completed a project focused on the climate implications of aerosolized dust coming from the Saharan Desert. Other research experience includes a semester in Iceland where I was engaged in environmental studies focused curriculum and fieldwork and completed a research project on climate change and marine microplastics.
