As a software engineer with a focus on C++ development, parallelism and performance, I've acquired experience in high-performance numerical computing and low-level systems programming. I currently apply my knowledge of computer architecture and systems to ultra low latency trading. A big fan of C++, I also get involved with various open-source projects, conferences and standardization efforts. I also used to be an entrepreneur, having founded NumScale, a company providing performance consulting and software tools for developers, which helped me acquire a diverse skill set for getting things done and lifting projects off the ground.
