My professional journey in the entrepreneurial and energy sectors is fueled by a deep-seated passion for innovation and a commitment to sustainability. At the core of my career at SpinLab - The HHL Accelerator I've had the enriching experience of guiding and fostering roughly 90 startups. These ventures, which span the energy, smart city solutions, and e-health sectors, have not only benefited from my guidance but also from the extensive funding that I've helped secure for them. This role has been more than a job; it's been a mission to ensure the long-term success and viability of these innovative startups. In January 2023, I embraced a new challenge as the Vice President of the Governing Board at Unternehmerverband Sachsen e.V. This position has placed me at the forefront of representing and advocating for Saxonian companies. Its diverse and impactful, involving political lobbying, setting industry standards, and organizing training and networking events and allowing me to support and engage with fellow entrepreneurs on a more personal and impactful level. I've been an Advisor and Mentor at the Dena SET Hub since July 2020. This role allows me to delve deeper into the energy sector. I provide guidance and mentorship to startups focused on the critical area of energy transition, a field that is not just professionally rewarding but also personally fulfilling. Additionally, my involvement with the Digital Hub Initiative and EIT Urban Mobility showcases my dedication to digital transformation and sustainable business practices. These roles have enabled me to contribute significantly to Germany's digital ecosystem and to champion innovative energy and urban mobility solutions, reflecting my belief in the power of technology to drive positive change. I am actively engaged in the fight against climate change and the promotion of renewable energy use. It resonates with my personal ethos and my professional commitment to responsible entrepreneurship and environmental stewardship. My international experience has endowed me with a broad and adaptable perspective. This experience is invaluable in my ability to navigate, bridge diverse cultural and business landscapes and collaborate effectively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
