As Solution Lead at ITM8, I am responsible for our commercial ERP business, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Uniconta. I have the privilege of working closely with a highly skilled and dedicated ERP team, where I contribute through informal leadership and strategic direction to ensure that we consistently deliver reliable and value creating solutions. A key part of my role is to help our clients optimize their business processes through ERP solutions that are tailored to their needs. Whether working with Business Central or Uniconta, I strive to ensure that every engagement results in measurable improvements and long-term value. Customer service is essential to me. I place great emphasis on building strong, trust based relationships and maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in every interaction.
