Product Designer

My journey as a Senior Product Designer has been marked by a commitment to humility and a genuine passion for continual learning. At Farfetch, I contributed to the Connected Retail Team, focusing on in-store experiences. Serving as the product designer for touch-screen mirrors, I aimed to enrich the in-store luxury physical retail and styling experiences, creating more sales opportunities. My role naturally evolved to include the In-store app, supporting Sales Assistants in managing customer portfolios, appointments, and styling advice. Engaging in the full design process, I participated in in-field user research, testing, and quality assessment, ensuring a comprehensive approach. I undertook a holistic view of product design: from creating wireframes to prototypes, also being responsible for UI/UX, my tasks spanned the entire spectrum. Transitioning from Imaginary Cloud, a consulting firm working with diverse product companies, I worked in projects spanning health, education, SaaS, finance, tourism, retail, real-estate, entertainment, arts and journalism, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of diverse industries. Beyond the conceptual phase, I played a role in design maintenance and evolution, collaborating with stakeholders, developers, managers, and fellow designers. Engaging directly with clients, I also facilitated design sales, offered UI guidance, and supported junior designers.
