
As a designer, my work begins as soon as a person encounters a problem in their physical world. It’s important to understand that digital touch points are just one part of the user’s journey. I’m passionate about designing and building experiences that transcend screens, and benefits users in both their physical and digital spaces. I have seasoned experience in collaborating with user researchers, as well as running my own research to ensure that we are tackling the right problems for our users. I also specialize in running highly effective cross-functional design thinking workshops that brew new creative ideas and build cross-functional alignment and scalability. Currently, I am a UX Designer for Google Wallet, leading Tap to Pay UX. I focus on making contactless payments seamless, intuitive, and better than plastic.
