A proven senior technology leader with over a decade working in banking and FinTech, most recently leading an engineering department of 50+ engineers. I enjoy the challenge of building high performing teams, introducing development processes, and mentoring my leadership team to excel. I’m equally comfortable working with senior executives, allowing me to understand and contribute to business value rather than focus entirely on delivery. I have company merger experience involving multiple technology stacks, infrastructure, and tools. This included business continuity, team upskilling and rapidly building teams to support the new applications.
