Engineering Manager | Tech Lead @Stone | Android & Flutter

I spent over nine years as a dedicated Mobile App Developer, creating intuitive, high-performance apps using Kotlin for Android and Dart for Flutter, including KMP in my background for multi-platform apps. Now, as an Engineering Manager and Tech Lead, I leverage that deep technical expertise to guide and empower mobile teams. I am currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at Stone, and I’ve been in this role since 2024. As a manager, I’ve faced challenges that are very different from the ones I dealt with as a software developer. In this position, I’ve learned a lot about leading a team and managing people with different personalities and work styles, which has not always been easy. My day-to-day involves planning, architectural oversight, code review, conducting tech refinements.
