In my career as a software engineering professional, I have been involved in a wide variety of products/projects with the vast majority within the broad financial/payment space. As a software engineer, I have extensive experience helping clients through their projects, from assisting them in the formulation of their requirements to the eventual deployment and first-line support of the product. I enjoy designing solutions that brings a good balance between the client's needs and sensible improvement to the company's product. I am known to be a great team player and problem solver especially in crisis mode. As a team lead/agile leader, I have managed, mentored and supported cross-functional teams in their journey towards Agile solution delivery.
