As Corporate Vice President at Microsoft, I lead the AI Strategy & Transformation for Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions (MCAPS), driving global AI portfolio management, investment prioritization, and business value realization. I guide teams through change management and stakeholder engagement, serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers navigating AI transformation. My team identifies and prioritizes high-impact AI opportunities to fuel innovation directly into Microsoft’s global scale software products. I also work closely with executive teams including both business and technical decision makers at companies across industries and regions of the world to help them confidently navigate this period of intense changes in technology, talent, growth opportunities, and organizational culture. With over a decade of leadership in technology strategy, I’ve contributed to transformative cloud solutions, industry-specific innovations, and advanced customer co-innovation frameworks during my prior roles at Microsoft, including as CTO of Industry Solutions and through my 15+ years as an engineering and product leader. My work is rooted in a commitment to fostering bold, inclusive teams that deliver technical innovation and global impact. I was on the Board of Directors for Collectors Universe (NASDAQ: CLCT) and served as the Chair of the Strategic Committee, where we explored how technology would enhance the company’s value-added authentication and grading services, and improve customer experiences for enthusiastic collectors and collection dealers. The company was taken private after a period of immense business growth and value to shareholders.
