I've built products from the ground up, operated others with 10s of millions of active users, and grown businesses, teams, and revenue. As a lifelong learner, I have worked in industries ranging from gaming to recruiting to analytics to hardware to employee experience and safety and am excited to pick up others. As a strong proponent for data driven decision making, I find myself most effective when I can balance data against the intangible human elements that make the best products compelling. I have been working on AI/ML driven products for over 10 years, with a keen appreciation for the way it can be leveraged to drive more targeted and automated customer experiences.
