M&A Lawyer, Operator, Investor, Board Member, and Entrepreneurship Educator, Co-Founder, Managing Director at HLV, Chairperson Zell Entrepreneurship Program and Managing director of ZEP Fund

As co-founder and Managing Director of HLV, I lead a dynamic team dedicated to providing strategic guidance in the Web3 space. Our company emerged from the foundation of Horizen Labs, where I served as COO since its inception as a blockchain technology firm until 2022. My journey into the Web3 arena was preceded by my tenure as COO at Selina, a rapidly growing startup in the hospitality sector. Prior to that, I served as a Partner at Marker LLC, a prominent venture capital firm with a focus on Israel and New York markets. Before my venture capital endeavors, I dedicated myself to fostering entrepreneurship as the Executive Director of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at IDC. This innovative program I helped nurture empowers undergraduate students to immerse themselves in entrepreneurship, culminating in the launch of numerous successful startups. I maintain my involvement in the program as its chairperson and as Managing Director of the ZEP Fund, which invests in alumni companies. My academic background includes a B.A. in political economy of industrial societies (economics and political science, cum laude) from the University of California at Berkeley, an LL.B. and MBA from Tel Aviv University, and an LL.M. in European Law from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands (cum laude). I am a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999, with early professional experiences in mergers and acquisitions and new ventures. Beyond my role at HLV, I contribute to various boards and advisory positions, including Endless AI and the Israel Democracy Institute. I'm privileged to serve on the advisory board of Friends of Reichman University and provide guidance and oversee programs such as SPARC, the Sheba Entrepreneurship School; and, I-Fair, an Israel-Nigeria entrepreneurship program, fostering entrepreneurship both locally and internationally.
