I partner with founders and venture-backed companies to build elite Go-To-Market teams at critical inflection points—often from first hire through scale—bringing rigor, speed, and an uncompromising bar for talent. I’m currently a Partner at Quantum Talent, where I work closely with founders and Tier 1 VCs to design and execute high-performing GTM organizations. My focus spans sales, marketing, and customer-facing roles across Seed through growth stages. My background spans both sides of the table. Earlier in my career, I was a founding GTM operator, then helped scale GTM recruiting and the broader GTM function at BetterUp from early revenue to $300M ARR. Working alongside operators, sales leaders, and I/O psychologists shaped how I evaluate talent—not just by resumes, but by patterns, behaviors, and environments where people actually perform. More recently, I founded and scaled a 7-figure GTM recruiting agency in under two years, partnering with dozens of venture-backed companies. That experience reinforced a core belief: the best teams aren’t built by volume—they’re built through clarity, judgment, and talent density. I’m especially energized by founders who care deeply about quality, execution, and building something enduring.
