Recognized for her strategic acumen, Kristina excels in aligning people strategy with business objectives, building Centers of Excellence, and fostering high-performance cultures. She holds a Master’s in HR Management from NYU and is a trusted advisor to founders and boards in the tech sector. Today, as Founder of Karcic Partners, Kristina helps visionary founders & executives avoid toxic culture creep by embedding best-in-class people and operating strategies, whether from day one or during transformations.
