A former Division I collegiate athlete, Kristie brings resilience, discipline, and a performance mindset to every role. She is recognized for her ability to navigate complex organizational change, bring clarity under pressure, elevate leadership capability, and strengthen governance through future-of-work and workforce strategy expertise. Kristie Griffin is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning technology, healthcare, and retail. She is currently Vice President of Talent at Guild, where she leads the full talent ecosystem—including acquisition, mobility, learning, leadership development, performance and succession planning along with DEIB. She has advised CEOs, boards, and executive teams on aligning people strategy with business growth, while building inclusive cultures that drive long-term organizational success. Previously, Kristie served as Group Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Ross Stores, where she led enterprise hiring for a $19B Fortune 200 retailer. At Stanford Health Care, she designed and implemented the strategic workforce plan for the $2B New Stanford Hospital and later led the organization’s Distributed Workforce Strategy through the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Google, Microsoft and Dignity Health (now CommonSpirit).
