An aspiring global citizen and sales enablement leader in the Business Strategy & Operations organisation for Google EMEA's advertising business. My career at Google has spanned multiple organisations, functions, and product areas - services, sales, product, strategy & operations, and now sales enablement. A good strategist needs to understand the people their work will impact, and this background allows me to incorporate diverse perspectives to provide the thinking and remove barriers to help teams just work. I'm presently co-creating organisational design, operational strategies, and programs that will ready our EMEA sales force to accelerate our business and help advertisers get maximum value from AI-powered ads solutions. My team helps our EMEA leaders realise what they have in common vs how different they are by creating an open and trusting environment and helping balance styles and interests of cross-functional and cross-regional peers. Outside of work I am an avid skier and hiker with a passion for the outdoors. I also recently completed a course at Cambridge on Sustainability Leadership.
