Katharine Nason graduated from the University of Vermont in 2013 with a BA in Psychology. Katharine began her career as a recruiting assistant at The Boston Consulting Group and then served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Goji in their Boston Headquarters before moving into a Senior Recruiting Coordinator position at Simon-Kucher & Partners, a global consultancy with over 38 offices worldwide. In 2022, she joined MedRhythms as the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. During her time in the recruiting space, Katharine worked with candidates at all levels and job types throughout the recruiting process. She scheduled and managed recruiting events at undergraduate, PhD and MBA programs nationally, sourced qualified candidates, reviewed applications, conducted interviews, made hiring decisions, drafted employment agreements, and engaged in contract negotiations. In 2024, she moved our of the recruiting space and onto the Operations team as a Operations Specialist, working to create scalable processes and support the patient experience. This grew into a Customer Support Lead, broadening her work building scalable processes while leading and supporting a small team of specialists handling onboarding, prescription support, and customer service.
