Hey 👋 I’m Kaite (say it “KAY-tee”) Rosa — a life-long writer, award-winning marketer, lover of em dashes, and builder of bold, human brands. Over the years, I've created and led brand, content, creative, PR, strategic events, and community functions at high-growth tech companies ($8M - $120M ARR) across cybersecurity, fintech, and HR tech. I’ve developed organizations’ first-ever brand identities and narratives, built full funnel content engines, led award-winning campaigns, cultivated high-performing remote teams, and created experiences that bring brands from boring and staid to anything but.
 The jewel in my career crown? Running a two-year, multimillion-dollar cybersecurity campaign with Olympian Simone Biles that lifted brand awareness 500%+ and earned two Telly awards. (Proof that B2B doesn’t have to be boring, it pays to be different, and bold ideas can work if you’ve got the guts to take a chance.) Outside of work, you’ll find me in an Orangetheory class, training for my next half marathon, leading the local chapter of a national women’s running community, or hanging out west of Boston with my husband, our son, and our two senior rescue dogs.
