I’m a triathlete, a multipotentialite, and a lifelong learner. As a triathlete, I don’t specialize in just one sport—I embrace the challenge of strengthening my weakest link, swimming, while finding joy in cycling and running. This mindset of continuous improvement extends beyond sports and into my career. My journey has led me to work at the intersection of learning design, marketing, and user experience. I’ve worked with leading course platforms—predominantly Thinkific—to design workbooks, optimize course layouts, and create engaging learning experiences that maximize retention. For example, understanding that students remember the last thing they learned, I ensured each lesson had a structured recap in both video and text format. I also integrated interactive elements like quizzes to reinforce key concepts. A highlight of my work in instructional design was developing a business-building course that helped students tailor their marketing strategies to their strengths. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I encouraged learners to choose a platform that aligned with their skills and interests—whether it was Instagram for those who loved writing and photography or YouTube for those drawn to video content. This approach empowered students to apply what they learned in a way that felt natural and sustainable. My background in UX design and marketing gives me a unique edge in instructional design—I prioritize clarity, ease of navigation, and reducing cognitive load. Whether it’s crafting an intuitive learning portal, structuring content for better comprehension, or developing workbooks that deepen engagement, my goal is always to make learning accessible, fun, and impactful.
