My background in legal recruitment spans Slaughter and May, DLA Piper, Linklaters, Pogust Goodhead and King & Wood Mallesons - each offering a unique challenge in shaping talent strategy across fee-earners, legal ops, and contingent legal talent. I bring experience overseeing the full legal recruitment lifecycle, with particular strengths in delivering a premium candidate experience, advising on international hiring needs, and aligning recruitment with commercial growth. While my focus is at the experienced hire end, I’ve also led the creation of two graduate schemes (the BD Academy and Legal Operations Training Programme), contributed to trainee assessment design, and represented firms at law fairs and on trainee interview panels.
