Democratizing platform ownership

I've been researching and building online marketplaces since 2008, with a particular focus in the sharing economy. The company I co-founded in 2011, Sharetribe, helps entrepreneurs and organizations create their own sharing economy platforms (like Airbnb, Uber, BlaBlaCar, etc). I believe strongly that technology companies can be a force for good in our society, when they're designed to prioritize their social mission. I'm also a connector at OuiShare, a global network focused on buiding a more collaborative society.
