• Subject matter expert in data structures and software modeling of foodstuffs, hedonic and flavor systems including large and small data sets. • Diverse technical and product management experience. Ability to bring order and clarity to complex problems. • Experience with core product data management and supply chain transactional data. ERP, WMS, PIM, POS, etc. Development of internal tools to make those systems work better together. • Taxonomy, Ontology and data set creation, schema design and related computational methods spanning NLP, relational and graph databases. • Knowledge representation and retrieval to support search, and RAG/LLM patterns. • Certified Neo4j Professional. I most often use Python (sPacy, Pandas), KNIME, SQL and neo4j/cypher. • Experience in various process manufacturing and formulation subject matter areas spanning food and beverage as well as solid dose and pharmaceutical style products. • Use of statistical methods (Designs of Experiment, Process/Batch Data Analysis, Etc.) to support formulation/process development, validation and optimization of hedonic and technical attributes • Application of 21 CFR, ICH, QbD and cGMP requirements and recommendations as related to manufacturing, development, documentation, track and trace and quality control of products • Extensive food and beverage background.
