I've been a process engineer since 2011 at Harvey Building Products. My responsibilities include utilizing lean techniques to reduce waste and increase production yield, running Kaizen events to identify new opportunities, using root cause analysis to troubleshoot existing issues, sourcing and purchasing new machinery, plant layouts and renovations, and many other responsibilities. I've previously worked at the Advanced Technology and Manufacturing Center in the prototyping lab creating prototypes from initial design through final production. I've also worked for Brooke Ocean Technology and Northeast Silicone Technology working on a wide range of projects learning many new skills. I received a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Dartmouth.
