A seasoned PMO professional with 10+ years in Program and Project Management, I bring over a decade of experience in the tech world to the table. I am passionate about helping organizations achieve their business goals and bring a range of skills that help me successfully deliver complex and strategic projects. Currently as a Sr. Program Manager at DoorDash, I work with our Finance and People teams to plan and execute on our strategic roadmap. I work hand in hand with my stakeholders to develop and refine our processes to enable our teams to deliver the highest quality value to our end users. I previously worked in CRM and ERP consulting for over 10 years, including most recently as PMO Director at Plative, where I oversaw the delivery methodology for our Salesforce and NetSuite practices. Prior to that, I spent 8 years in the Salesforce implementation space at three different Salesforce partners, including Bluewolf, focusing on building out a PMO, project management, customer growth, and agile software development. Some of my other experiences include working on the team introducing Google Glass to the world, working in crypto and web3, writing for baseball blog Pitcher GIFs and helping a travel startup while living in Argentina.
