With a passion for creating customer-driven products and bringing them to market, he is a skilled business builder tested with leading organizations through multiple market cycles and global environments. Throughout his career, John has prioritized customer engagement, created high-performing teams, and built relationships with all stakeholders. Over the last 8 years, he led the talent function and most recently the data transformation of the Flagstar’s data function into an internal information services business that continues to empower internal stakeholders with critical insights and intelligence to identify business opportunities and manage their risks.
