I am an expert at Developer Efficiency, and I build and lead Platform Teams with a culture of Relentless, Extreme Automation, ensuring every feature development engineer is a 10X engineer. I - along with my cross-discipline Platform Team - design, build, and leverage advanced tools, standards, CI/CD processes, and a variety of unique and sophisticated techniques that collectively and holistically automate the entire Software Development Life Cycle and beyond. Platforms I build are capable of spinning up entire software, infrastructure, and cloud stacks in under 30 minutes, ready for rapid application development. This includes Kubernetes Clusters, Cloud-native Databases/Queues/Topics, end-to-end Metrics/Logging/Tracing, and advanced security and Mutual TLS. On these Platforms, Engineers are capable of generating production-grade Micro Services and progressing them through Dev, Staging, and Production in less than 15 minutes.
