I believe that product design can be an inclusive and pervasive theme in an organization. I believe in looking at problems with curiosity and a willingness to fail in the name of the best possible outcome. It’s about learning how to see the world through not only the eyes of the user, but through the eyes of the business, the engineers, the marketing team, the product managers and anyone else who has a stake in the project. Finding common ground and empathy for everyone means that the project or program keeps its feet and vitality.
