Los Altos native Jenny Rowe first got into real estate in 2009 by styling and flipping homes as a creative outlet from her job as a television news anchor. As a lover of architecture and interior design, Jenny used her skills to successfully develop both residential and commercial properties throughout the Bay Area. In 2016, after working in news broadcasting for over ten years, she became a real estate agent and began representing clients. Jenny’s years of flipping houses afforded her a broad understanding of construction, permitting, and design, which she uses to help buyers see a diamond in the rough or ensure a seller’s home gets top dollar. After working as a broadcaster, and later as an entrepreneur and founder of international fitness company Xercise Lab, Jenny learned how to communicate effectively and efficiently, and how to juggle multiple projects while always meeting a deadline. Above all else, Jenny prides herself on customer service and ensuring her clients – from first-time home buyers to retirees – have all of the information they need to make an educated and empowered decision. To provide the most comprehensive experience to her clients, Jenny holds several professional certifications including: PSA® (Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor), CIPS® (Certified International Property Specialist) and ASP® (Accredited Staging Professional). Outside of real estate, Jenny stays involved in her community. As a mother of three active boys and wife to a high school teacher, Jenny is well versed in the Bay Area school districts, family events, and recreation opportunities. When she is not helping her clients, Jenny, a graduate from USC, is typically out rooting on the USC Trojans, playing sports with her sons, taking a fitness class at OrangeTheory, or traveling with her family.
