I get excited about helping companies & people grow. With more than 20 years of experience in technology, consulting, higher education, and financial services across B2B and B2C companies, I have a unique perspective on how organizations think about the future of their technology, decision making, people, operations and service models. Throughout my career, I’ve helped businesses digitally transform. This work started in 2008 with the rise of social media. My role at that time was to develop and implement a digital strategy and long-term plan for considering the impact of social media on a large Multinational bank and then a Global Insurance company. This included writing policies, building a new team and processes, and brand management. I moved into transforming our full suite of digital experiences including online quoting and payment experiences as well as integrating a CRM. For the last 6 years, I have been working on developing AI, customer support software, and workforce management software to help global businesses scale labor and improve customer and employee experiences. I am Change Management Certified (Prosci) and enjoy scaling complex programs and projects. I am open to working full or part-time and in a contract capacity.
