I am a very curious, innovative, and persistent person, and I aim to use and further develop these qualities in my career. I love challenging myself and learning new things. Solving problems, especially together with a motivated team, is something I deeply enjoy. The experiences I've had, have taught me a great deal about leadership, understanding customers, navigating uncertainty, and, simply put, getting shit done. Leadership is one of my passions and an aspect I want to influence in the future. I want Finland to shift from merely managing things to leading people in order to create more success stories in the field of business. I want to surround myself with passionate and curious individuals. Not just like-minded people, but those who can challenge the people around them and share different ideas. Right now, I'm focused on building Fotobee, a marketplace connecting photographers with their clients, without forgetting Ihan Pihkassa, a natural cosmetics brand I founded together with my mother in 2020. I'm always open to new connections and interesting conversations.
