Backed by Sid Sijbrandij’s Open Core Ventures, Kedify delivers real‑time, zero‑cold‑start scaling, integrates seamlessly with Prometheus and Grafana, and is already trusted by teams at Trivago, Tao Testing, and Kraken. Jeff is a Guest Lecturer at Cornell’s ILR school, the preeminent educational institution in the world focused on work, employment and labor. He was the CEO and Cofounder of Dandi, an AI-powered HR analytics software for businesses. Founded in 2018 and launched in 2022, Dandi served more than 1mm employees worldwide. Customers included Rocket Companies, Cornerstone OnDemand, Oscar Health, Chopt/DosToros, and Blue Shield of California. Dandi won Fast Company's 2023 Innovation by Design award for the enterprise category. Dandi was acquired by Jolly. As an advisor, Jeff works with socially-conscious companies including Imio, AIVF, and Sealed. He is a seed investor in Hone and a limited partner at Combine, a design-led venture capital firm. Previously, Jeff led Grovo, the enterprise learning company that he co-founded in 2010. Built with a mission to remake employee training, Grovo was used in 190 countries around the world and named by Fortune the second-best workplace in the US. Grovo was acquired in 2018 by Cornerstone OnDemand. Originally from Dumont, NJ, Jeff graduated with highest honors from Harvard, where he conducted original research and wrote his undergraduate thesis on maximizing human performance, which was published by the University of Oregon’s Kinesiology Publications. Jeff has spoken at events including TEDx, SXSW, Internet Week, and ASU+GSV and has contributed to Inc., Fast Company, Forbes, SaaStr, TNW, Entrepreneur, CNN Money and more. Jeff lives in New Jersey with his wife Cori and their two kids Remi and Rafael.
