Prior to founding Dawa, Javier led operations at Mercado Libre and Privalia, overseeing more than 10 million monthly shipments and a workforce of 10k employees. His leadership has consistently focused on solving complex logistics challenges at scale and turning them into strategic advantages. He is also a Venture advisor, Endeavor mentor, and active investor, supporting early-stage founders with capital, strategic guidance, and operational expertise.
