I'm a T-Shaped professional with international business experience in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. I am co-founder of MurmurattoTM- a tech startup defining inclusive corporate strategy in the 21st century, bringing down ESG strategy to the real world, and building up industry leaders. I'm also the Director of Marketing & Growth Strategy at LaSalle Group, LLC. As head of Marketing I lead a team of professionals and consultants who are developing and deploying the roadmap for growth for our main investor (LaSalle). Our goal is to develop high-performing leaders and organizations that create #performancehappy environments and healthy workplaces everyday. In the last decade I have lived in multiple continents, done both academic and business/market research in a myriad of topics, and taken on numerous roles I have somehow managed to knit into a unique and rather coherent professional journey. An architect by trade, I quickly fell in love with design thinking and the intersection of business and strategy. Beyond my experience leading sales, marketing and my expertise in go-to-market and marketing analytics, I enjoy driving innovation projects and solving complex business problems. In my free time, I still come-up with interesting "traditional" design projects, but I also like to give back to my ecosystems and community through academia and community work. Most recently, I worked with the Bravo Family Foundation in their Youth Empowerment program. Their Puerto Rico focused program aims to develop Entrepreneurship and Business Acumen in High School students. I have also been a guest design critic in different universities and a visiting professor and/or lecturer in Mexico's renowned UNAM, CENTRO and the Polytechnic University of Catalunya (UPC)'s collaboration with Arquine for the Lighting Design posgraduate degree offered in Mexico City.
